Scope of Work: The scope of our work will be outlined in a written agreement between CCA Constructions and the client. This agreement will include details of the project, the estimated cost, and the timeline for completion.

Payments: Payments for our services will be made according to the terms outlined in the written agreement. A deposit may be required before work begins. Payments are due on the dates specified in the agreement, and failure to make timely payments may result in a delay of the project or termination of our services.

Change Orders: Any changes to the project scope, design, or materials must be approved in writing by CCA Constructions and the client. Additional fees may be incurred for change orders.

Permits and Approvals: The client is responsible for obtaining all necessary permits and approvals for the project. CCA Constructions will assist the client in obtaining permits, but is not responsible for any delays or denials.

Warranties and Guarantees: CCA Constructions guarantees our workmanship for a period of Six Month from the date of completion. This guarantee does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, or damage caused by natural disasters or accidents.

Liability: CCA Constructions carries liability insurance to protect our clients from any damages or injuries that may occur during the course of the project. However, the client is responsible for maintaining their own insurance for the duration of the project.

Termination: Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice in the event of a breach of contract or failure to perform according to the terms outlined in the agreement.

Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from the agreement will be resolved through arbitration or mediation, in accordance with the laws of the state where the project is located.
